Shipping policy

Local Pickup: In-store pickup is available Tuesday–Saturday, 12 p.m.–6 p.m. We will notify you (within 48 hours of completing your order) as to when it will be ready for pickup. Please wear a mask when coming to the store. Please have your order number ready upon arrival for a quick checkout.

Neighbourhood Delivery: For postal codes beginning with M6G, M6H, M6J, M6K, M6P, and M6R, a delivery charge of $5 applies to orders under $50. Delivery is free on orders $50 and up.

Local Delivery: For postal codes beginning with M2L, M2P, M3B, M3C, M4B, M4C, M4G–M4Y, M5A–M5X, M6B, M6C, M6E, M6M, M6N, M6S, M7A, M8X, and M8Y, a delivery charge of $12 applies to orders under $100. Delivery is free on orders $100 and up.

Orders to addresses within Toronto, but outside of the postal codes listed above, are shipped by Canada Post. A flat rate of $14 applies to orders under $125. Shipping is free on orders $125 and up. You will be notified on the day your order is shipped, and you'll be provided with a tracking number. 

Shipping (Canada): Orders to addresses in the rest of Canada are shipped by Canada Post. Delivery is free on orders $125 and up. On orders under $125, a flat rate applies: Ontario, $16; Québec, $18; New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, $20; Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nunavut, North West Territories, Saskatchewan, and Yukon, $23. You will be notified on the day your order is shipped, and you'll be provided with a tracking number.

Shipping (USA): Effective August 29, 2025, packages with a value of $800 shipped from Canada to the USA are no longer exempt from duty. The new policy brings with it higher shiping costs, extra paperwork, and greater risks of shipping delays. Therefore, we are no longer accepting orders from customers in the United States.

Shipping (International): We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, using Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. You will be notified on the day your order is shipped, and you'll be provided with a tracking number. Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these fees. We are unable to estimate these charges. Check with your local customs office for more information.
